When it’s all said and done, Los Angeles Angels outfielder Mike Trout could very well be ranked among the top two or three baseball players in history. As it is, just nine seasons in to his career, the three-time league MVP has already established himself as the greatest to ever suit up for The Halos.

Trout leads the Angel’s all-time roster by wins above replacement at 83.2 (and counting). The team’s other biggest WAR contributions came from pitcher Chuck Finley (52.2) and shortstop Jose Cruz (45.9).
Had Angels superstar Shohei Ohtani stayed a season or two more in Anaheim, the double-threat two-time AL MVP would have almost certainly made the all-time WAR roster at both pitcher and designated hitter.
