It was also reported that Pat Bev is eager to join LA after finding out about the deal. The 34-year-old will now join LeBron James, who he mentioned as a dream superstar teammate earlier this offseason. On a scale of 1-10, Skip and Shannon evaluate and decide how much he will help the Lakers.

RND 2: LEBRON JAMES DISRESPECTED

Hoop Central’s Twitter account got the ball rolling on the NBA’s most disrespected player ever conversation yesterday. Among those listed was Philadelphia 76ers star James Harden. Despite being a former MVP, Harden’s playoff shortcomings have overshadowed his regular season efforts. Skip selected Los Angeles Lakers’ Russell Westbrook as his most disrespected player of all-time and Shannon chose LeBron James with Kareem Abdul-Jabbar coming in a close second.

RND 3: TYRON SMITH OUT FOR COWBOYS

According to Ian Rapoport, Dallas Cowboys left tackle Tyron Smith suffered an avulsion fracture of the knee as his hamstring tendon pulled off the bone. Rapoport also mentioned if Smith does return it would be in December. 2022 first-round pick Tyler Smith is a candidate to fill in for the eight-time Pro Bowler. Skip and Shannon gage how big of a loss this is for the Dak Prescott, Ezekiel Elliott and the Cowboys offense.
