The NBA is only a couple of games into the 2014/15 season, but pranking is already in full swing. Suns’ Goran Dragic partnered with Baby T-Rex to leave teammates — including brother Zoran — wondering how they landed on the same team as the impish prankster.
Suns coach Jeff Hornacek and owner Robert Sarver joined players Tyler Ennis, Eric Bledsoe, Anthony Tolliver, Alex Len, the Morris twins in having their heart health vigorously tested by the jaw-clomping dino. Only Gerald Green passed unscathed due to his hyper vigilance after last year’s fright from the team’s mascot.
PLASTIC JUG TO THE SNOUT
The best reaction, bar none, belonged to Archie Goodwin. The rookie shooting guard sent a plastic jug flying into Baby T-Rex’s snout an assumed a classical boxing stance.
WALKING WITH DINOSAURS
If you were wondering what a dinosaur was doing hanging in the bowels of the US Airways Center, it’s part of a show known as Walking With Dinosaurs. Each dinosaur in the prehistoric drama takes from one to three humans to control.
