In our #TattooTuesday series we will be scouring fandom to highlight the most-impressive tattoos celebrating a particular team from one of the big-five sports — hockey, basketball, baseball, football and soccer.
Few acts show one’s commitment to a particular sports team as getting a tattoo of their logo or one of the franchise’s star players. This week we head to California to look at the best-of-the-best San Jose Sharks fans’ ink from the Bay Area and beyond.
SAN JOSE SHARKS TATTOOS
Early in the 2018-19 season, San Jose Sharks forward Evander Kane discussed the meaning behind his tattoos and tried to recognize current and former NHL players based off pictures of their ink during Tattoo Trivia. Lastly, Henry Wyatt from Inkies Tattoo Studio in Fremont takes the cake with this skull ensconced in a highly-detailed goalie’s helmet.
