5-MINUTE FAT-BURNING HIIT WORKOUT
First up is clip from Dr. Oz’s popular talk show featuring a 5-minute, fat-blasting workout led by fitness motivator Shaun T. Like the following two routines, this one doesn’t require any exercise equipment or a visit to the gym.

7-MINUTE FAT-BURNING HIIT WORKOUT
In another Dr. Oz segment, celebrity fitness trainer Donovan Green showed viewers how to maximize fat burning with a 7-minute high HIIT workout.
Aside from invigorating exercise, Green advocates eating right to speed bodily transformation and routinely shares vegan food porn on his Instagram account.
15-MINUTE FAT-BURNING HIIT WORKOUT
High-octane personal trainer Joe Wicks, who founded Body Coach TV channel on YouTube, offers a 15-minute fat-blasting, shirt-optional workout.
Sticking to the routine can produce impressive results over time (as seen by in the picture above of an adherent to Wick’s program). Like Green, Wicks also offers diet guidelines to keep the fat off. His book Veggie Lean in 15 hit No. 1 on the Christmas chart for non-fiction books when it was released in 2018.
