Oklahoma City Thunder point guard Russell Westbrook led the league in triple-doubles for the fifth straight year. More incredibly, he became only the first player in history to average a triple-double in three consecutive years.
CATCH ME IF YOU CAN
This past season, triple doubles league-wide got off to a slow start as Westbrook missed a number of games with an ankle sprain, and other perennial all-rounders dealt with their own issues. Still, No. 0 again rose to the top.
Distantly pursuing Westbrook’s triple-double total were Nikola Jokic (12), Ben Simmons (10), LeBron James (8), Luka Doncic (8) and James Harden (6). Harden became the first player ever to record a triple-double when scoring 60 points during a January 30 win over the Orlando Magic.
RUSSELL WESTBROOK
Westbrook’s latest triple-double came in a regular season-ending road win over the Milwaukee Bucks, with 15 points, 11 rebounds, and 17 assists. The Thunder’s dynamic leader leads the league in assists per game, and is in the top 20 in rebounds.

NIKOLA JOKIC
Jokic’s last triple double of the season came in the final game before the All-Star break in a home win over the Sacramento Kings when he tallied 20 points, 18 rebounds and 11 assists. The scary thing is that the 24-year-old Serbian star seems to still not have reached his peak.
