This #WorkoutWednesday, Chris Hemsworth’s personal trainer takes us to the Thor star’s home in Byron Bay Australia, where he puts Hemsworth’s stunt double through the workout he designed for Hemsworth for the new Men In Black: International movie.

While the Thor role called for Hemsworth to develop a very bulked-up physique, the latest MIB iteration required a more-athletic, leaner look. Accordingly, trainer Luke Zocchi developed an intense workout employing bodyweight movements and a pair of dumbbells.

Before his MiB stint, a very buff Hemsworth rocketed to fame when he was cast titular role in Marvel’s 2011 film Thor. He has since gone on to reprise the role in 2013’s Thor: The Dark World and 2017’s Thor: Ragnarok as well as several Avengers films.

To his credit, Hemsworth kept his head (if not his shirt) through all of the attention placed on his growing body of work and adulation of female fans.

In Men in Black: International, Hemsworth plays Agent H. partnered with Tessa Thompson’s Agent M. Liam Neeson is cast as High T, the head of the UK branch of MIB.
