King Kong Ping Pong: Dude Pefect’s “Ping Pong Trick Shots 4” includes Donkey Kong tribute

Of all of Dude Perfect’s wildly popular trick shot videos, their two most popular offerings feature ping pong balls. Both Ping Pong Trick Shots 2 and Ping Pong Trick Shots 3 have garnered in the neighborhood of 150 million views each (the first edition has a very respectable 60 million views).

Sponsored by Nerf, Ping Pong Trick Shots 4 starts off with an amazing Rube Goldberg-type setup which ultimately deposits an oversized table tennis ball in a similarly larger-than-life-size HoverKup.

Near the end of the opening elaborate trick shot, barrels are sent rolling down angled rails in a clever tribute to the classic Donkey Kong arcade game. Needless to say, Princess Peach was so taken with the clockwork precision of the set design she forgot to cry for help from Mario (aka Tyler Toney).
