Nothing catches the attention of an urban climber like a towering crane rising up amongst a skyscrapers of a metropolis. The ladder ensconced in the crane’s latticework mast makes for easy climbing and provides plenty of vantage points for spine-tingling photos.

CRANE CLIMBING WITH NIGHT SCAPE

Harry Gallagher, who posts to YouTube under the moniker Night Scape, went on a late-night rooftopping adventure in London’s financial district with filmmaker Archie Baker, photographers Antonio Omar and Milo Hale, and urban-explorer/freerunner Callum Manzi.

The outing saw Gallagher walk the rim atop a high-rise, before scaling a construction crane a stone’s throw away from the iconic, gherkin-shaped 30 St Mary Axe skyscraper.

GALLAGHER’S HIGH LIFE

Last year, Gallagher summited another building in London, producing some hair-raising footage as he hopped from pier to pier on the rooftop’s edge.
